The leading device is FDA cleared for multiple therapies and commercially deployed today. This is a world-class opportunity to revolutionize healthcare by building and motivating a dynamic multi-channel sales team for unprecedented opportunity and growth.

Our search is for a dynamic senior sales leader with experience deploying a first-of-a-kind, high-tech medical device. A proven track-record of leading capital equipment sales and driving utilization of consumables as independent channels will be critical assets. The successful candidate will have the versatility to lead a high-performance sales organization in the vibrant ecosystem of breakthrough technology in healthcare. This role reports directly to the CEO for maximum effectiveness and universal alignment.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a regionalized direct sales team that includes capital sales and clinical sales
• Understanding and developing sales channels
• Develop sales programs to attract KOLs
• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
• Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
• Work closely with marketing to establish successful support, channel and partner programs

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 15-20+ years of experience leading medical device sales teams
• Experience working with complex, high-tech capital devices
• Experience in first-of-a-kind product launches
• Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with robotic surgery sales
• Start-up experience
